Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee an appointment. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We will contact you to confirm your appointment within 24 hours of receiving your request.
We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. No-shows may be charged the full service price.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service to accommodate other clients.

While we take every precaution during grooming, some pre-existing conditions may become apparent during or after the grooming process. We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions that may be aggravated by grooming.
Severely matted coats may require shaving, which can reveal skin irritation or sores. We will always discuss options with you before proceeding, but de-matting is sometimes not possible without causing distress to the animal.
We are not responsible for collars, leads, or other items left with your pet during grooming sessions.
Prices displayed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on breed, size, coat condition, and behaviour of the pet. We will always discuss the final price with you before beginning any service.
